Our strategy revolves around four primary platforms: transparency about food quality, disruptive food supplements, nutritious snacking options, and personalized nutrition technology.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As the Marketing Manager - Innovation & Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and creating innovative marketing campaigns. You will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
· Develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
· Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling creative assets.
· Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand building, using SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Analyze performance metrics across digital channels and adjust strategies to optimize ROI (in partnership with the performance marketing team)
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
· Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of all marketing projects while managing budgets and resources.
· Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance to the leadership team.
· Present regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and new opportunities to stakeholders.
o Experience in consumer products, FMCG, health & wellness, or nutrition sectors is highly desirable.
o Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with external creative agencies.
o Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms (D2C, Ama zon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
o Creative Leadership: Exceptional creative skills with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
o Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms.
o Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive decisions.
o Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting ideas persuasively to stakeholders.
o Team Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
