Supply Chain Executive

You will be responsible for maintaining supply dashboards and publishing daily MIS reports. You will handle E Way Bills, Challans, stock segregation, and dispatch for both inbound and outbound shipments across various channels such as D2C, Marketplace, and Q-commerce. You will oversee stock management at Superfoods Valley and ensure proper documentation for all dispatches and warehouse transactions. Your role will involve coordinating with the supply team to ensure timely movement of goods as per the shared dispatch plans and generating shipping labels, invoices, and ensuring timely pickups. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain supply dashboards and publish daily MIS reports. - Handle E Way Bills, Challans, stock segregation, and dispatch for inbound and outbound shipments. - Manage stock at Superfoods Valley and ensure proper documentation for all transactions. - Coordinate with the supply team for timely movement of goods and generate shipping labels and invoices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field. - 3 years of experience in supply chain/dispatch operations, preferably with Q-commerce/marketplace experience. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
