Role & responsibilities Daily creation of Dispatch documentation. Material Inward & Outbound Process Maintaining the stock level of Bought-out Materials Monthly reporting of the Project returned material. Coordinating with transporters for the project's returned material. Monthly stock audit activities for the Bought-out materials and project returned materials. Physical Inventory of the projects returned material. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM (Material Management) module within a manufacturing or engineering industry. Practical knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes , including: Purchase Requisition (PR) creation. Purchase Order (PO) processing Goods Receipt (GRN) posting Understanding of supply chain documentation PO, GRN, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and related logistics paperwork.
