Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive in our company, your main responsibility will be managing and processing orders to ensure smooth and efficient handling according to company policies. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, dealers, and focusing on providing excellent customer satisfaction while minimizing losses. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all types of inquiries related to domestic sales. - Manage dealers and key customers effectively. - Receive orders from dealers/customers through software or email. - Coordinate with different divisions/departments during the order processing. - Communicate with dealers, customers, and field team to track the order processing status. - Follow up on pending orders. - Provide support to dealers, customers, and the field team for their headquarters needs. - Assist the FG team in order processing and clarification. - Generate reports based on marketing requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Any Bachelors degree - Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience Skills Required: - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
