Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing person to join our team. This role requires someone passionate about healthcare innovation and adept at using digital platforms to grow brand presence and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will manage end-to end digital marketing initiatives for DHN, from strategy to execution, aligning campaigns with our content, events, and thought-leadership goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation across multiple channels (web, email, social media, search, events).

• Content Marketing: Collaborate with editorial and insights teams to promote news articles, reports, podcasts, and events. Create campaigns highlighting DHN’s unique value.

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow DHN’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), ensuring timely posting, audience engagement, and follower growth.

• Performance Marketing: Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.

• SEO/SEM & Analytics: Lead SEO and SEM efforts to optimize website performance. Monitor KPIs and provide reports to leadership, ensuring data-driven decisions.

• Event Promotion: Drive digital campaigns to promote DHN Forums, webinars, innovation challenges, and other events.

• Partnership & Outreach: Support cross-functional outreach efforts to engage industry leaders, partners, and advertisers.


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, healthcare, or HealthTech domains.

• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, performance marketing, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

• Proven experience in social media growth, content amplification, and campaign execution.

• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems.
