**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and creative *Marketing Manager* with **5+ years of proven experience in marketing and sales growth**. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and the ability to design and execute strategies that increase memberships and enhance brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive membership sales for gym, swimming pool, indoor games, and other club facilities.

* Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events).

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with management to set and achieve membership sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and local businesses.

* Oversee physical marketing, campaigns, social media presence, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.

* Organize promotional events, open houses, and community engagement activities.

* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in marketing (health & fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred).

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proven track record of increasing sales or memberships through innovative strategies.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM software.

* Creative thinker with the ability to deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Perintalmanna, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
