Position Overview:

Marketing Head

bridge between clients, the production team, and the ad performance team

Key Responsibilities:

• Create

  impactful pitch decks and presentations

  to convert new prospective leads.
• Conduct

  SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, and market research

  to design strategies for

  B2B and B2C brands

  .
• Identify

  current marketing trends

  and implement them into client campaigns to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

• Build and optimise

  sales funnels

  using third-party tools (ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to drive lead generation and client conversions.
• Create

  social media calendars

  and oversee consistent content rollouts for all active clients.
• Develop

  creative ad and post ideas, campaign scripts, and reference guides

  to ensure strong campaign concepts.

• Act as the

  primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  , ensuring smooth communication and goal alignment.
• Track and monitor

  overall results, production workflow, and campaign execution

  , intervening when necessary to ensure

  on-time delivery and quality output

• Provide

  monthly detailed performance reports

  for each brand, covering strategy, execution, analytics, and future recommendations.

• Collaborate with the

  ad running team (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  to ensure ads are performing, optimised, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Monitor KPIs (impressions, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI) and proactively adjust campaigns to maximise results.
• Maintain accountability for overall

  marketing ROI and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within an agency or digital-first brand.
• Strong expertise in

  digital marketing strategies, sales funnels, and campaign management

  .
• Proven ability to design

  converting pitch decks, funnels, and strategies

  for B2B & B2C clients.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  third-party funnel/CRM tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ClickFunnels, Salesforce).
• Excellent at

  tracking, monitoring, and optimising

  campaigns and production pipelines.
• Strong

  client-handling and communication skills
