Role Overview

Marketing Lead


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategies for

    Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit

    , and other platforms.
  • Create engaging

    reels, videos, and stories

    that connect emotionally with audiences.
  • Manage influencer and community collaborations to expand reach and credibility.

2. Content Marketing & Creative Development

  • Lead the creation of content (blogs, brochures, newsletters, videos, presentations).
  • Build content that resonates with

    NRIs, HNIs, senior citizens, and spiritual/travel enthusiasts

    .
  • Ensure empathetic, customer-first messaging in every communication.

3. Campaigns & Influential Marketing

  • Design and execute digital and offline campaigns tailored to different customer categories.
  • Partner with

    residential societies, real estate groups, travel networks, and cultural/spiritual communities

    for brand-building activities.
  • Plan

    influential marketing initiatives

    to engage key opinion leaders and community influencers.

4. YouTube & Video Strategy

  • Create and grow a strong presence on YouTube with travel, spiritual, and customer engagement stories.
  • Oversee end-to-end production of videos highlighting brand values and customer journeys.
  • Optimize for audience engagement, retention, and subscriber growth.

5. Customer & Partnership Engagement

  • Build empathetic engagement strategies tailored for NRIs, HNIs, and senior citizens.
  • Understand and address the needs of

    devotees, spiritual travelers, and culturally inclined audiences

  • Create on-ground collaborations with residential communities, real estate developers, and travel partners.
  • Foster long-term customer trust through

    influential, experience-driven marketing

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in

    digital & experiential marketing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    customer psychology

    across segments like NRIs, HNIs, senior citizens, and devotees.
  • Experience in

    partnership development

  • Background in

    spiritual/travel marketing

    will be a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in
