This includes:

• Temple pujas

  performed in-person at sacred shrines

• Office pujas & rituals

  for professionals and organizations

• Digital pujas & rituals

  via livestream, guided practices, and remote offerings

Category Creator (P&L Owner)

What You’ll Own

• P&L Ownership & Growth

  : Set targets, drive revenue, ensure profitability, and build strong repeat usage with sustainable unit economics.

• Annual Calendar & Ritual Planning

  : Identify key dates, festivals, and temple events; translate them into quarterly/monthly category plans.

• Proposition & Experience Design

  : Create differentiated puja/ritual bundles and offerings across

  temple, home, community, and digital formats

  .

• Go-to-Market (GTM) with Marketing

  : Build segmentation, campaigns, CRM journeys, and brand strategies to maximize adoption and retention.

• Product Roadmap Influence

  : Enhance discovery, personalization, checkout, and booking flows with Product, Design & Tech teams.

• Devotee Experience

  : Uphold sanctity, ritual authenticity, transparency, and timely fulfillment; continuously improve NPS and ratings.

• Operations Excellence

  : Build SOPs, SLAs, and checklists for zero-defect execution and fulfillment readiness.

• Team Building & Leadership

  : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team; set goals, drive reviews, and nurture a strong experimentation culture.

How You’ll Work (Matrix Co-ownership)

• Product

  : Influence discovery, personalization, and conversion improvements.

• Operations & CX

  : Ensure timely, accurate fulfillment with clear escalation paths and root-cause fixes.

• Supply

  : Expand coverage of temples, pandits, rituals, and offerings while maintaining authenticity.

• Marketing

  : Partner on high-impact GTM campaigns for festivals, events, and offerings; improve ROI and engagement consistently.

  fast-paced, early-stage, high-growth environments
