This role goes beyond digital presence — it requires a deep understanding of diverse customer segments (NRIs, HNIs, senior citizens, devotees, and frequent travelers) and the ability to create meaningful experiences across digital and on-ground platforms. Social Media & Digital Marketing Develop and execute strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit , and other platforms. Customer & Partnership Engagement Build empathetic engagement strategies tailored for NRIs, HNIs, and senior citizens. Understand and address the needs of devotees, spiritual travelers, and culturally inclined audiences . Create on-ground collaborations with residential communities, real estate developers, and travel partners. Foster long-term customer trust through influential, experience-driven marketing . Requirements 5–8 years of proven experience in digital & experiential marketing . Strong understanding of customer psychology across segments like NRIs, HNIs, senior citizens, and devotees. Experience in partnership development (residential societies, real estate, travel networks). Background in spiritual/travel marketing will be a strong advantage.
