Job Description


  • The role involves 40% - strategic marketing & business strategy, 30% - marketing operations (incl branding)
  • Demand creation through active lead generation (Using Tools/Processes/Technology) followed by lead qualification MQL > SQL and tracking it through its lifecycle.
  • The role is critical to drive improved market awareness, business growth, customer success and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistency and leverage of marketing activities with annual marleting plan and budget.
  • Market research/reports, trend analysis, recommendations to the CEO
  • Competitors analysis based on data, industry trends
  • Business strategy formulation, improvise in line with the industry dynamics and monitor the execution
  • Prepare business and strategy presentations for CEO
  • Developing strategy story telling with strong visual communications.
  • Represent the company / CEO at industry forums, seminars, drive thought leadership form top management.
  • Support the GKSC strategic planning process, collaborate closely with the other functions, and align with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement the defined go-to-market strategies and tactics for new and existing products and services, leveraging global programs and activities.
  • Create installed base marketing strategies and activities to ensure customer retention, reference-ability and solution penetration.
  • Gather & analyze GKSC competitor information (financials, product range, value proposition & sales tactics) and use same to refine the go to market strategies and tactics for GKSC.
  • Maximize synergy with the global shared services teams (digital experience & innovation, product marketing & strategy and corporate communications & brand) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the SCA marketing team on the preparation of digital campaigns to stimulate demand in selective vertical markets.
  • Work with target partners on strategies and plans to increase revenues and market share.
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize the planning to enhance the brand imagery, digital presence of the company in a most attractive visual communication form on all occasions.
  • Form alliances, partnerships which are strategic for the business growth and ensures GKSCs presence at all strategic forums/channels/platforms.
  • Monitor budget v/s expenses and ROI calculations
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Build a strong process for lead and opportunity management.
  • Enable salespeople with marketing assets to accelerate the customer buying journey and improve win rates.
  • Drive digital-first strategy for demand generation.

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech (Computer, E&TC, IT)
  • MBA in Marketing (Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, or PR)
