Marketing Associate – Records Management Solutions (North America)

Role Summary

The Marketing Associate supports planning and execution of digital and offline marketing activities to generate awareness, leads, and pipeline for our records management solutions across North America. The role blends campaign coordination, content support, and analytics in a B2B, technology-focused environment targeting government and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars, events) to drive awareness and qualified leads for records management products and services.
  • Conduct market and competitor research focused on records management, information governance, and related SaaS offerings, and summarize insights for the sales and product teams.
  • Help create and adapt marketing assets such as landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, slide decks, and nurture emails in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
  • Manage day-to-day content and posting calendar for LinkedIn and other relevant channels, monitor engagement, and suggest optimizations.
  • Track and report on basic marketing and sales funnel metrics (opens, clicks, MQLs, SQLs, event registrations) using tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics and follow-up for webinars, conferences, and industry events related to records and information management.
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, assets, and performance data to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing assistant, or marketing associate role (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (email marketing, social media, basic SEO, content marketing) and common tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or compliance-heavy topics into clear, benefits-focused messaging.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience marketing B2B software, IT services, or information governance / records management solutions.
  • Comfort working with data: creating simple reports, spotting trends, and proposing data-backed recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and subject-matter experts and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Interest in compliance, privacy, and records / information management in highly regulated sectors (government, healthcare, financial services).

Role Type and Location

  • Location: North America (remote or hybrid, with occasional travel for events as needed).
  • Employment Type: Full-time Marketing Associate position with opportunity to grow into a specialist or manager role in demand generation, product marketing, or content marketing over time.
