Role Overview We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional Figma skills (Figma Make) who can convert ideas into high-quality designs rapidly . The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with minimal supervision. Freelancers and immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UX/UI design for multiple MapleRecord modules. Produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes extremely quickly . Marketing Associate – Records Management Solutions (North America) Role Summary The Marketing Associate supports planning and execution of digital and offline marketing activities to generate awareness, leads, and pipeline for our records management solutions across North America. The role blends campaign coordination, content support, and analytics in a B2B, technology-focused environment targeting government and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars, events) to drive awareness and qualified leads for records management products and services. Conduct market and competitor research focused on records management, information governance, and related SaaS offerings, and summarize insights for the sales and product teams. Help create and adapt marketing assets such as landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, slide decks, and nurture emails in collaboration with subject-matter experts. Manage day-to-day content and posting calendar for LinkedIn and other relevant channels, monitor engagement, and suggest optimizations.
