Job Description – Marketing Head

Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital, DadriPosition

Overview

Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility with advanced services including a Cath Lab, ICU, NICU, modular OTs, and multiple super specialities, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing. This role is pivotal in building the hospital’s brand, driving patient acquisition, establishing strong referral networks, and ensuring Vedansh emerges as the most trusted healthcare provider in the region.

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the complete marketing strategy — covering digital, offline, referral, and community engagement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

- Develop and implement the hospital’s overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Position Vedansh as the “Best in Advanced Super Speciality Care” in Dadri and surrounding regions.- Work closely with hospital leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Digital & Online Marketing

- Manage digital presence across website, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and healthcare platforms.
- Lead content marketing, online patient engagement, and reputation management (reviews, ratings).- Leverage data analytics to track ROI and patient conversion.

Offline & Referral Marketing

- Build and maintain a robust referral network with local doctors, clinics, and practitioners.
- Organize CMEs, health camps, doctor meets, and community outreach programs.- Drive corporate tie-ups, panel associations, and partnerships.

Branding & Communication

- Ensure consistent messaging across print, outdoor, radio, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate PR activities, press releases, hospital inauguration events, and media interactions.- Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, hoardings, patient education material).

Team & Budget Management

- Build and lead the hospital’s marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective campaigns.- Report regularly on performance, leads, and outcomes to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (super speciality exposure preferred).- Strong track record in digital marketing, referral marketing, and brand positioning.- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.- Ability to work in a startup-like environment with ownership and accountability.

Key Competencies

- Strategic thinker with execution excellence.
- Deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior.- Strong networking and relationship management with doctors.- Proficiency in digital tools (SEO, SEM, CRM, social media).- Analytical mindset to track ROI and KPIs.

KPIs / Performance Indicators

- Growth in patient OPD/IPD footfall.
- Number and quality of referral tie-ups with doctors/clinics.- Online visibility (website traffic, SEO ranking, reviews).- Engagement and conversion rates from campaigns.- Successful execution of events, camps, and PR initiatives.

Reporting Structure

- Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
- Works closely with: Hospital Operations, Clinical Heads, HR, and Finance teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
