Position: Orthopaedic Surgeon
Location: Dadri , Greater noida
Department: Orthopaedics
Reports To: Medical Director / Head of Department

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal disorders, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The role involves performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle conditions.
• Perform orthopaedic surgeries (e.g., fracture fixation, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spinal procedures).
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and counseling.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.
• Stay updated with medical advancements, surgical techniques, and orthopaedic innovations.
• Participate in hospital/clinic quality improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopaedics (mandatory).
• Valid registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.
• Proven experience in orthopaedic surgery (minimum [X] years preferred).
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate approach with a patient-centric mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

• OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Surgical responsibilities.
• May involve weekend and on-call duties as per hospital roster

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
