Hands-on experience in social media marketing and a solid network within the influencer and content creation community is essential.Key Responsibilities:Strategize and execute influencer-led marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platformsCreate and manage high-engagement content including reels, walkthrough videos, and promotional visualsBuild and maintain a strong online presence across social media platforms and the company websiteEnsure brand consistency through all marketing communications and collateralsIdentify and collaborate with digital creators, content partners, and marketing influencersOversee the creation and regular updating of brochures, company profile, and marketing presentationsMonitor and evaluate competitor marketing strategies and propose enhancementsDevelop and manage marketing budgets across various digital and offline channelsPlan branding campaigns, client engagement events, and collaborationsShare regular construction updates and customer stories/testimonials via social mediaCoordinate with design and video production teams to deliver high-quality creativesKey Requirements:Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer collaborationsStrong network of content creators, influencers, and digital agenciesProficiency in managing Instagram reels, YouTube content, and short-form video campaignsExcellent creative thinking and visual communication skillsStrong organizational, communication, and project management abilitiesReal estate industry experience is highly preferredFamiliarity with digital tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, and basic analytics
