Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic tie-ups, and ensuring revenue growth through effective channel partner engagement and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and manage the real estate sales teamDrive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsOnboard and manage channel partners and brokersPlan and execute site visits, sales gallery presentations, and client walkthroughsCollaborate with corporate entities, wealth management firms, and advisory firms for sales opportunitiesDesign and implement promotional schemes and offers to boost salesAnalyze market trends and competitors strategies to maintain a competitive edgeMonitor performance metrics and generate reports for managementRequirements:Proven experience in real estate sales and team leadershipStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behaviorProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
