Position: Marketing Head

Location: Sector-18, Gurgaon

Budget: 17-20 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Influencer strategy – Large scale and social media campaigns execution. i.e., briefing influencers, and delivering customer reach
• Social Media Marketing – planning campaigns, product / model shoots, content planning etc.
• Branding – Product and Packaging. Innovating designs and helping the company to facelift the brand and packaging from time to time
• Planning and delivering large scale commercial Ads – can think out of the box in terms of marketing campaigns and content.
• Managing ATL, BTL, TTL
• Handling Media agencies, PR etc.
• Performance marketing and social media ad management
• Leadership skills to well manage a team of 7/8 people (Graphic designers and photographers)

Requirements and skills

• MBA in marketing from a reputed institute.
• Must have a good career stability – should have worked atleast 2-3 years continuously in past companies. Having the overall experience in the relevant field of at least 5-6 years
• Proven working experience as Brand Manager with some lifestyle brand – preferably Men’s brand and in footwear category
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experienced to handle a team of atleast 5-6 people in the past
• Should have excellent understanding of Graphic designing software’s like Adobe Photoshop, Corel etc
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Energetic and having excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Up-to-date with latest trends and can think ahead of competition

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
