Marketing Executive

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in

Social Media Marketing

and

Email Marketing

to support our marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions, and optimize content accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
  • Build and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Write compelling email copy with clear CTAs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, and conversions, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize email performance.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

  • Support end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across social and email channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of branding, content marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools or content creation workflows
