We’re looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Millennium Air Hostess Academy. THE DEETS - Job Title: Business Development Executive - Department: Marketing - Level: Entry to Mid-Management - Gender Preference: Female (Persuasive and confident personality preferred) - Age: 22+ Years - Pay Structure: Competitive, based on experience and performance - Reporting To: Business Development Manager PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Call and connect with leads (Google, Meta, walk-ins, referrals) the same day they arrive. - Invite students and guardians for on-campus counselling. - Conduct one-on-one counselling to explain courses, fees, placements, and career paths. - Manage the full admission process — enquiry to enrollment. - Maintain at least 30% conversion from Google and Meta leads. - Follow up daily via calls, WhatsApp, or email. - Build trust with students and parents for better conversions. - Update every interaction in CRM or Excel for reports. - Submit daily reports of calls, visits, counselling, and conversions. - Track weekly performance and identify improvement areas. - Ensure a premium visitor experience aligned with Millennium’s image. - Support front-office operations and attend fairs or school seminars for lead generation. - Share feedback on lead quality and marketing performance. - Stay aware of competitor offers and admission trends. - Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets. - Stay updated with aviation trends and counselling techniques. - Represent the academy with professionalism and grooming standards. EDUCATION & BACKGROUND - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field. - Degrees in English, Psychology, or Hospitality & Tourism are also accepted. - Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, or CRM are a plus. - Knowledge of Google/Meta ads, Excel, Google Sheets, and lead management tools is preferred. - Strong English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory. - Experience (1–3 years) in admission counselling, telecalling, or sales in education or service sectors preferred. - Freshers with excellent communication and a winning attitude may apply. EXPERIENCE - 1–3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing — ideally with companies like Byju’s, PhysicsWallah, Extramarks, or Toppr. - Experience in counselling or B2C conversions preferred.- Minimum 1 year in a structured/corporate setup with daily reporting and KPI tracking. - Familiarity with CRM or lead funnel management is an advantage. - Freshers with a hustler mindset and strong learning attitude are welcome. BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS Behavioral Skills: - Fluent in English & Hindi - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Goal-driven and result-oriented - Empathetic, confident, and well-groomed - Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to change - Fast learner with strong ownership mindset Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems - Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online Strong analytical and reporting ability
