In an aviation training institute, this role goes beyond reception duties—it demands exceptional grooming, discipline, etiquette, and professional conduct in line with airline and hospitality industry standards. This position directly influences brand perception, parent trust, and student experience. Mandatory Grooming & Dress Code (Non-Negotiable)Grooming is the primary requirement for this role.The candidate must remain fully groomed during all duty hours, without exception. Grooming & Appearance StandardsMandatory business formal attire during duty hours (No casuals, no ethnic wear, no informal clothing) Hair must be neatly tied/styled and well-maintained Light, professional makeup suitable for aviation standards Clean, polished, closed footwear Proper posture, body language, and professional demeanor High standards of personal hygiene at all times ⚠️ Failure to maintain grooming standards may result in disciplinary action or termination. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk OperationsProfessionally handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and visitors Greet students, parents, and guests courteously and confidently Maintain discipline, decorum, and cleanliness at the front office Ensure smooth daily front-desk functioning Student & Parent CoordinationProvide accurate information regarding courses, batches, schedules, and processes Handle parent interactions with professionalism and clarity Assist students with basic administrative support Escalate concerns to management when required Communication & AdministrationHandle WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic email communication Maintain enquiry registers, visitor logs, and records Coordinate with counsellors, trainers, and management Support admission and counselling teams when required Brand RepresentationAct as a brand ambassador of the academy Maintain aviation-level etiquette, tone, and behavior at all times Ensure every visitor experiences professionalism, trust, and warmth Required Skills & CompetenciesEssentialExcellent grooming and presentation skills Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Forms, Email, WhatsApp) Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly PreferredBackground in aviation, hospitality, or customer service Prior front office or reception experience Training in grooming, etiquette, or personality development Code of ConductStrict adherence to grooming, dress code, and attendance Professional behavior with students, parents, staff, and visitors Compliance with academy SOPs, rules, and ethical standards No casual behavior during duty hours Important Disclaimer: This role is not suitable for candidates unwilling to maintain daily grooming, discipline, and formal attire.
