Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and mail
  • Support basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist HR and admin teams when required

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience

  • Fresher or 1+ year experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
