Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be at the heart of our admissions strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing walk-in inquiries, conducting impactful counseling sessions, driving admission conversions, hosting and presenting seminars, and building strong community awareness about our academy. Key Responsibilities🎯 Counseling & Conversion Welcome walk-in leads at the academy and provide structured counseling. Listen actively to candidates and their guardians to understand their aspirations, doubts, and motivations. Explain our courses, career opportunities, and placement track record in a simple, engaging way. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by creating trust and value during counseling sessions. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admission closures. 📞 Follow-up & Lead Nurturing Call and follow up with candidates who visited but didn’t immediately take admission. Maintain consistent engagement with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and emails. Use persuasive communication to address objections, resolve doubts, and motivate them towards enrollment. Ensure no lead is left unattended—timely follow-up is the key to high conversions. 🎤 Marketing & Public Speaking Represent the academy in college seminars, youth events, and promotional campaigns. Deliver confident, engaging presentations that highlight career opportunities in aviation and hospitality. Create an inspiring and energetic atmosphere during seminars so that attendees feel motivated to join. Act as a brand ambassador—your presence, confidence, and communication should reflect the professionalism of Millennium Air Hostess Academy. 📈 Business Development & Outreach Work with the management team to identify local marketing opportunities and execute admission campaigns. Contribute ideas for offline and online marketing initiatives (seminars, canopy activities, social promotions, etc.). Build strong connections with educational institutions, consultants, and referral partners to drive admissions. Stay updated with industry trends to present our academy as the go-to choice for career seekers. Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication and fluency in English and Hindi . Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections positively. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or HR will be an added advantage). Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Call and connect with leads (Google, Meta, walk-ins, referrals) the same day they arrive. - Invite students and guardians for on-campus counselling. - Conduct one-on-one counselling to explain courses, fees, placements, and career paths. - Manage the full admission process — enquiry to enrollment. - Maintain at least 30% conversion from Google and Meta leads. - Follow up daily via calls, WhatsApp, or email. - Build trust with students and parents for better conversions. - Update every interaction in CRM or Excel for reports. - Submit daily reports of calls, visits, counselling, and conversions. - Track weekly performance and identify improvement areas. - Ensure a premium visitor experience aligned with Millennium’s image. - Support front-office operations and attend fairs or school seminars for lead generation. - Share feedback on lead quality and marketing performance. - Stay aware of competitor offers and admission trends. - Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets. - Stay updated with aviation trends and counselling techniques. - Represent the academy with professionalism and grooming standards. Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems - Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online branding - Strong analytical and reporting ability
