Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions and institutional tie-ups through on-ground sales activities across Patna. This role demands a high-energy, target-oriented professional who is comfortable with daily field movement, direct interaction with students, parents, and institutions, and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Revenue Generation

  • Generate student admissions through direct field outreach
  • Meet and counsel students and parents regarding aviation, cabin crew, ground staff, and hospitality programs
  • Explain course structure, fees, career pathways, and training outcomes clearly and ethically
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as assigned

Institutional & Channel Outreach

  • Visit colleges, schools, coaching institutes, and educational hubs for tie-ups and lead generation
  • Conduct awareness sessions, career talks, and brochure distributions
  • Coordinate with the internal admissions team for follow-ups and closures

Field Operations & Reporting

  • Plan and execute daily field routes efficiently within Patna
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates to the Sales Manager

Brand Representation

  • Represent Millennium Air Hostess Academy in a professional and disciplined manner at all times
  • Maintain proper grooming, formal attire, and professional communication
  • Uphold the academys reputation while dealing with students, parents, and institutions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:

    2–4 years of proven field sales experience (education / training / services preferred)
  • Education:

    Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
  • Gender:

    Open to Male & Female candidates
  • Mobility:

    Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)
  • Language:

    Hindi mandatory; basic English communication required
  • Location Knowledge:

    Strong familiarity with Patna city and key educational zones

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with hunger for incentives
  • Ability to handle objections from parents professionally
  • High discipline, punctuality, and reporting accuracy
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC:

    2.25 Lakh – 4.00 Lakh per annum
  • Structure:

    Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives
  • Incentives directly linked to admissions and conversions
  • Growth opportunities based on consistent performance

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role (Patna city only)
  • 6 working days per week
  • Occasional participation in events, seminars, and campaigns
