Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to contribute to student admissions and franchise development through proactive outbound calling. You will be responsible for converting leads into walk-ins and enrollments, following up diligently, and maintaining an excellent rapport with potential students and franchise buyers. Key Responsibilities:🎯 Lead Engagement & ConversionMake 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective students and franchise leads. Explain course details, career prospects, and USPs of the academy. Schedule counseling sessions and ensure walk-ins at the branch or via virtual meetings. Convert interested inquiries into admissions or qualified franchise leads. 🧠 Follow-Up & Relationship BuildingFollow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails regularly. Maintain detailed records of lead status and conversations in CRM/excel trackers. 📊 Sales ReportingProvide daily call logs, follow-up reports, and conversion status to the Business Development Manager. Meet weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in education, insurance, or real estate. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate degree (Any stream). Experience in aviation, hospitality, or educational sales is an added advantage.
