Job Summary

Pallavi International School, Sagar Road, is inviting applications for the position of Admission Counsellor. We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and result-driven professional who can effectively guide prospective parents and students through the admission process, while representing the school’s vision, values, and academic excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student enrollment, parent engagement, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students seeking admission-related information
• Counsel parents on the school’s curriculum (CBSE), pedagogy, facilities, and student development programs
• Manage the complete admission cycle—from enquiry handling to final enrollment
• Conduct school tours and admission presentations in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry databases, and follow-up trackers
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students
• Address parent queries with clarity, empathy, and prompt resolution
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives such as open houses, school events, and campaigns
• Achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of parent satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with school policies and documentation procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education / Management / Psychology preferred)
• Relevant experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or parent relations (school or education sector preferred)
• Familiarity with CBSE schools and admission processes will be an added advantage
