Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and support) to deliver customer solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales (software/IT sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and client-handling ability.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with software products, SaaS, or IT solutions is an advantage.
