About the Role

Saaras Gourmet is looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to support sales growth, brand visibility, and market expansion in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate should have FMCG sector experience and a strong understanding of retail sales, distribution, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Saaras Gourmet food products in the assigned region.
• Identify new retail outlets, distributors, and channel partners to increase product reach.
• Conduct regular market visits to track product performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability across retail stores.
• Drive sales targets through effective planning, retailer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners.
• Organise sampling activities, in-store promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, route plans, and market insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock management, dispatch, and marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in FMCG sales/marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
