Sales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Present and promote software products and services to prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for demos and client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and support.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of software or IT products (training will be provided).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in software or IT sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
