Business Development Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic sales goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them
  • Identify, research, and generate leads through various channels
  • Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries
  • Prepare and send tailored quotes and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage and resolve customer questions and inquiries with excellent service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless on boarding

·      Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Software or Telecommunications Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
