Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
  
• Generate leads through site visits, project tracking, and market intelligence.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  

Project & Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  
• Work closely with dealers and distributors to improve market penetration.
  
• Ensure product approvals and specifications in projects.
  

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and product performance.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, supply, and collections.
  
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  

Experience

• 1 to 6 years of experience in

  building materials / construction / infrastructure sales

• Exposure to project sales or channel sales is preferred
  

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Relationship-building ability
  
• Knowledge of local Jaipur construction market is an advantage
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
