Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

• Meet clients including builders, architects, contractors, and project managers.

• Promote and explain product features, advantages, and value propositions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both Pavers and AAC blocks.

• Conduct site visits and follow up with clients regularly.

• Work closely with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in sales of

  construction or building materials

  (Paver blocks, Cement, AAC blocks, Tiles, etc.).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle field sales.

• Proficiency in regional language and English.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.
