Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, managing customer relationships, driving sales efforts, and assisting in strategizing and executing marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also include attending to customer inquiries, providing product information, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to identify customer needs and promote services effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience or aptitude in Training to educate and guide team members or customers as needed.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or food and beverage industry is a plus.
