Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Meet clients including builders, architects, contractors, and project managers. Promote and explain product features, advantages, and value propositions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both Pavers and AAC blocks. Conduct site visits and follow up with clients regularly. Work closely with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in sales of construction or building materials (Paver blocks, Cement, AAC blocks, Tiles, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle field sales. Proficiency in regional language and English. Own two-wheeler preferred. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + incentives/commissions.
