Key Responsibility:

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
• GST filing, TDS calculations, and other tax compliance
• Monthly MIS report preparation
• Handle petty cash and reconcile bank statements
• Coordinate with vendors and manage invoice payments
• Assist with audits and financial forecasting
• Follow up on outstanding payments via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain a receivables tracker and escalate delays
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing disputes
• Draft polite yet firm communication for overdue payments
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain clean records

Qualifications

• Experience in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Compliance
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
