We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of our business objectives. In this role, you'll be the guardian of the brand's online presence, ensuring accuracy, and compliance across all our websites, social media channels, and other online platforms. The responsibilities will include performing a regular website audit, managing blog building, proofreading, and scheduling social media posts across various platforms. This role demands meticulous attention to every detail and the ability to maintain quality without compromising efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Marketing Coordinator:

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.

  • Manage social media platforms and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to foster meaningful connections with our audience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and messaging.

  • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content formatting, and performance tracking using marketing automation platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards across all communications and materials.

  • Conduct regular audits of the brand(s), identifying any issues or areas for improvement, and ensuring timely bug fixes.

  • Proofread blog content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.

  • Build blogs for the website(s).

  • Responsible for the social media presence and content management of the brand.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design and content creation, to ensure all deliverables meet the brand's quality standards and expectations.

  • Assist in content development for social media.

  • Internal Coordination within the Marketing Team to execute different projects based on the requirements.

  • Manage updates to the digital websites of the brand.

EXPERIENCE & EXECUTION ESSENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role in marketing.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, and fluency in English are preferred.

  • Creative and artistic mindset with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A desire for continuous growth in skill set, with a commitment to ongoing coaching and guidance.
