Marketing Coordinator

Strategy and planning

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels for reaching them.
• Create and refine pricing strategies for products and services.

Campaign management

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and events.
• Manage creative elements, ad layouts, and media contracts.
• Coordinate product launches and promotions.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and other external partners.

Budget and performance

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and evaluating return on investment (ROI).
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports for stakeholders.

Team and cross-functional collaboration

• Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
• Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
• Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
