Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities across digital and offline channels. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, handling content and communication tasks, and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and strong in communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

Coordinate between sales, design, operations, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Support event planning, product launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.

Digital Marketing Support

Manage and update social media platforms with relevant content.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for ads, SEO, and content requirements.

Track online performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and leads.

Content & Communication

Prepare basic content drafts for brochures, posts, ads, and internal communication.

Assist in creating presentations, reports, and marketing documents.

Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communication when required.

Brand Management

Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.

Support in managing photo shoots, catalog updates, and promotional creatives.

Maintain a database of marketing assets, creatives, and collateral.

Market & Competitor Research

Conduct basic market research and gather insights on trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.

Prepare reports highlighting opportunities and gaps.

Reporting & Analytics

Track campaign performance metrics, website analytics, and lead reports.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance dashboards.

Maintain documentation of marketing activities and budgets.

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or related fields (preferred).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, SEO tools).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Canva or design tools is a plus.

Ability to multitask and deliver within timelines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Additional certifications in digital marketing or branding will be an advantage.
