Key roles and responsibilities Project planning and management: Reviewing project plans, technical drawings, and specifications. Conducting site investigations and analyzing data to identify potential challenges. Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. On-site supervision: Supervising and directing construction activities to ensure work is performed correctly. Setting out sites and ensuring the accuracy of the work. Managing site activities and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Providing technical advice and solving problems as they arise on site. Quality and safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Performing regular inspections and quality checks on the work being done. Create and refine pricing strategies for products and services. Campaign management Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and events. Manage creative elements, ad layouts, and media contracts. Coordinate product launches and promotions. Collaborate with advertising agencies and other external partners. Budget and performance Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and evaluating return on investment (ROI). Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports for stakeholders. Team and cross-functional collaboration Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
