Bizbox Publishing - UI/UX Designer - Figma

This is a remote position. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer (Mid-level) to help shape and refine the user experience across our digital platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and visual design teams, while also working directly with developers to bring seamless, visually compelling, and functional interfaces to life. Key Responsibilities Partner with the UI/UX team to design and communicate user journeys, wireframes, screen flows, and interaction models for web and mobile experiences. Translate design concepts into clear technical stories and documentation for frontend and backend developers. Maintain the UI/UX documentation to ensure accuracy from UI/UX to technical documentation including the design system, style guides, and UI component libraries. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications using Figma and Figma Tokens. Collaborate with product manager, business analyst, marketing, visual designers, and creative leads to ensure consistent branding across all UI elements. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs. Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX and designs focusing on smooth user experiences and feasibility. Evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into ongoing work. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Professional-level of English comprehension and communication. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly in English. Strong proficiency in Figma, including experience with Figma Tokens/Design System. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated experience in writing clear and concise technical stories and documentation. Experience working directly with frontend and backend developers. Strong attention to detail with a user-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and elegant interfaces. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing leads.
