Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels. This role will be instrumental in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving business growth across our core service areas. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, events, and social) aligned with business objectives. Create campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all initiatives. Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, editorial, digital) to create compelling campaign assetsâemails, landing pages, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and social posts. Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all materials. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Work closely with sales and business development teams to generate high-quality leads. Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurturing sequences. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs (open/click-through rates, engagement, lead conversion) and use data to iterate and improve campaign performance. Provide regular performance dashboards to stakeholders. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaign strategy. Event & Webinar Management: Plan and promote webinars, virtual events, and trade shows to showcase our capabilities and thought leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masterâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in publishing, education, or edtech industries. Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Digital platforms etc. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
