Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist at Phenom People, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns with a primary focus on email marketing and lead nurture campaigns using our Marketing tech stack. Collaborating closely with the Phenom marketing demand generation team, Content, Creative, and Product marketing teams, you will contribute to building and delivering daily campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to enhance their marketing skills within a team that actively supports multiple targeted campaigns. Your responsibilities will include setting up, building, and testing marketing campaign assets like emails and landing pages using Hubspot and Salesforce. You will work alongside Content and Creative teams to facilitate campaign initiatives, create and maintain workflows for lead nurturing, perform audience segmentation, and manage lists to ensure precise targeting. Monitoring campaign results, reporting on email performance, and providing optimization recommendations based on results will also be part of your role. Staying updated on marketing tech and automation trends is crucial to maximize existing tools and enhance impact. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce and Hubspot, showcasing success in optimizing campaigns, automation, and reporting. Your expertise should include building and formatting emails and landing pages, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and content optimizations, and the ability to create, review, and build complex contact and email lists in Hubspot. Demonstrated success in executing email marketing campaigns, excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills are essential. You should be organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, thrive in collaborative environments, and exhibit an innate drive to learn, apply learnings, and contribute effectively to team execution. With a minimum of 5 years of B2B demand generation experience, including SaaS, and a proven track record in executing and optimizing complex, multi-channel campaign environments, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
