Role Description

The Marketing Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for NoBrokerHood. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and nurturing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and executing campaigns to drive growth. In this full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions aligned with business goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
• Prior experience in prop-tech, technology, or SaaS sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
