Position: Admissions Counselor Location: Siddhartha Public School, Boduppal, Hyderabad Type: Full-time (On-site) Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year (BBA/BA/Any Graduate) Role Overview As an Admissions Counselor , you will be the school’s first voice to parents. You’ll connect with potential families, explain Siddhartha’s vision and programs, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through empathetic communication and consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to prospective parents. Understand parent needs and clearly communicate school offerings, values, and admission process . Maintain an organized lead database and update status after every call. Schedule and coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and follow-ups . Share daily/weekly lead conversion reports with management. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and feedback loops. Requirements Excellent communication in English & Telugu (Hindi preferred). Confident, empathetic, and patient listener. Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets). Energetic and target-oriented personality. Compensation ₹18,000 /month + performance incentive per successful admission.
