Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  outbound cold and warm calls

  to prospective parents.
• Understand parent needs and clearly communicate

  school offerings, values, and admission process

  .
• Maintain an

  organized lead database

  and update status after every call.
• Schedule and coordinate

  campus visits, counselling sessions, and follow-ups

  .
• Share

  daily/weekly lead conversion reports

  with management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Excellent communication in

  English & Telugu

  (Hindi preferred).
• Confident, empathetic, and patient listener.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Energetic and target-oriented personality.

Compensation

• ₹18,000 /month + performance incentive per successful admission.
