The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget management throughout the project. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficient in cost reporting and monitoring project budgets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs. Proficient in relevant software and tools like CAD and MS excel. Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus.

They will be responsible for undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with assembling design ideas to CAD drafting from conceptual development to Working drawings in Joinery/Electrical/Plumbing and other Interior elements. Assisting in preparing BOQ & Tendering for important successful execution of design projects. Role shall include: Working on leads provided by management for designing, site visit, space planning, putting together presentations, and working along with other members of the design team. Understand and Incorporate materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. Produce “sample” and “mood products” for design presentations. Design Coordination with Contractors and Suppliers. Liaising with clients and Team leader to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Uses design applications like SketchUp and photoshop to create the presentation plans to be shared with stakeholders. Presentation of design to existing & prospective clients with fluent communication and confidence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1-3 Years Experience in Design Projects, Exposure to professional work environment in Interior Shall be Preferred.
