IKCON Technologies Inc. (U.S. HQ in New Jersey) with global operations through IKCON Digital IT Services Pvt. Ltd. (India) is building Unified Meeting Suite (UMS) a patent-pending enterprise software product that integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. UMS enables enterprises to automate meeting minutes, track action items, manage risks/issues, and provide AI-driven insights on productivity and outcomes.

We are on a mission to scale UMS into a billion-dollar product with strong global adoption across industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Property Management, IT Services, and Healthcare.

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Content Manager in Frisco, Texas to lead branding, content strategy, and marketing material development that drives awareness, sales, and partnerships.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building and owning the UMS brand identity and creating high-quality marketing and sales collateral that resonates with enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role that blends creative design, content creation, and digital marketing execution. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to tell a compelling story about UMS and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative

  • Define and maintain brand identity guidelines (logo, typography, color palette, templates).
  • Create visual assets: logos, social media graphics, infographics, digital ads, event collateral.
  • Design and maintain pitch decks, product brochures, fact sheets, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure product and website design align with brand guidelines.

Content Creation & Marketing Collateral

  • Write website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, client success stories, sales proposals, email campaigns.
  • Develop compelling messaging and storytelling for different target industries (BFSI, property management, IT services, etc.).
  • Create LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership articles, and press releases to boost brand presence.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation).
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, others).
  • Implement SEO & SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve search ranking.
  • Track marketing performance (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROI) and optimize campaigns.

Sales Enablement

  • Support Business Development & Sales teams with custom pitch decks, proposals, and industry-focused materials.
  • Create ROI calculators, one-pagers, and case study templates for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with channel partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google, System Integrators) for co-branded assets and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software marketing.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation, and marketing communications.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Design expertise with tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • CorelDRAW or Corel Painter.
  • Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (UI/UX design, product visuals).
  • Canva / Vista Create (quick social content & infographics).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Experience creating enterprise-grade collateral (brochures, case studies, white papers, sales decks).
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Partnerships).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in BFSI, Property Management, Healthcare, or IT Services marketing.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, productivity tools, and SaaS ecosystems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Azure).
  • Familiarity with compliance & security frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience working with global teams (U.S. + India).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹417,989.72 - ₹918,269.46 per year
