About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be the engine powering IndieFolio’s growth story. You’ll:

• Keep the Pipeline Flowing:

  Design and execute an always-on lead generation strategy to ensure a steady flow of qualified founders, CMOs, and D2C leads leveraging email and LinkedIn.

• Build Revenue Intelligence:

  Own the CRM and pipeline — keeping it clean, enriched, and actionable so every touchpoint builds toward predictable revenue.

• Drive ABM at Scale:

  Manage our podcast-led ABM loop end-to-end — from shortlisting leads and scripting sharp interview questions, to coordinating creative production, gifting, and follow-ups.

• Supercharge with AI:

  Build and deploy AI-powered lead automation — scraping niche databases, personalizing outreach, and scaling across email and LinkedIn.

• Experiment Relentlessly:

  Launch and test new outbound formats every week, double down on what converts, and help IndieFolio stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience:

  1+ years in B2B marketing, lead generation, or growth roles. Familiarity with ABM and creative-led campaigns is a plus.

• Tech-Savvy Marketer:

  Hands-on with HubSpot, automation tools and preferably AI tools.

• Growth-Minded:

  Comfortable experimenting, measuring, and optimizing across multiple channels.

• Strong Storyteller:

  Excellent communication skills with the ability to personalize and connect with diverse audiences.

• Independent & Accountable:

  You thrive in high-ownership environments and can juggle multiple experiments and campaigns simultaneously.
