Your enthusiasm to grow in the e-commerce space is highly valued, and experience with Shopify is a bonus, although training will be provided if needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update website content such as product pages, banners, collection pages, and landing pages. - Coordinate timely updates for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer journey across all devices. - Conduct regular audits on the website to identify outdated content, errors, or areas for enhancement. - Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and tech teams to implement updates efficiently. - Upload product images, edit descriptions, and oversee collections as necessary. - Maintain consistency in branding, design, and tone throughout the website. - Monitor key website performance metrics and promptly report any irregularities. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 1.5 years of experience in managing or coordinating website content, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce brand. - Familiarity with Shopify is advantageous (training will be provided if necessary). - Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer experience flows. - Strong attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for design and layout. - Ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively. - Organized, proactive, and adept at handling multiple projects concurrently. - Willingness to learn new platforms and digital tools as required.,
