Marketing and HR Intern

As an HR Intern at our company located in Kochi, you will have the opportunity to be a proactive and enthusiastic member of our Human Resources team. During this 3 to 6-month internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Support the onboarding process for new employees - Maintain and update employee records and databases - Help organize HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings - Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Good organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - A positive attitude and willingness to learn What You Will Gain: - Practical experience in key HR functions - Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals - Exposure to recruitment tools and HR management systems - Certificate of internship upon successful completion To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to admin.hr@stepd.in Please note: The job type is full-time, the schedule is day shift with a performance bonus, proficiency in Malayalam is required, and the expected start date is 20/06/2025.,
